I liked the car and that is was easy to drop off. I also was thankful that I was able to leave my vehicle there overnight. Honestly, the workers were very friendly.Cons:
What ruined the experience for me was the wait time for the Elantra. What’s the point of reserving a vehicle at noon when it’s not ready when you get there 4 hours later. I showed up with my kids and with a little bit of flexibility in my tight schedule to pick up the car. I was told the car wasn’t on site and that it would take 15 minutes to be ready. I didn’t leave in the car until almost an hour later. If the manager would been honest about the time I could’ve left and made better use of the time. Instead it put me behind and i ended up getting a car that was rushed and also talked into some charges that I clearly explained I didn’t want because I already had coverage. I signed the paperwork anyway because I didn’t want to keep going back and forth with the worker. Anyways it changed my mood for the day and put me behind for an anniversary dinner I had with my fiancée and that’s enough for me never come back to the location. I really value my time.Dollar
